Novistra Capital advises ITUp on its acquisition by iLink Digital

Novistra Capital, a London and New York based boutique M&A advisory, is pleased to announce that ITUp, the leading OutSystems Global Training Partner, has been acquired by iLink Digital, a global digital transformation solutions provider.

Headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal, ITUp provides specialised low-code training on the OutSystems platform to more than 85 companies worldwide and have certified over four thousand professionals since 2015.

iLink Digital is a global software solutions provider and systems integrator, delivering next-generation technology solutions across a broad range of industries and functions, including healthcare, insurance, telecom, government, oil and gas, education, and life sciences.
