Approach
Yexle engaged Novistra Capital as their exclusive sell-side advisor. The company had enjoyed strong growth since being founded in 2020, and the shareholders saw an opportunity to accelerate this growth by partnering with a larger strategic.
Outcome
The acquisition will see Yexle integrated into IGTx, the digital transformation arm of IGT Solutions, enhancing IGT’s technology-led services and accelerating its expansion in the rapidly growing low-code and AI-powered automation market. Yexle’s capabilities will strengthen IGT’s offerings across key sectors including Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, and Travel, Transportation & Hospitality, enabling clients to streamline operations, modernize workflow systems, and accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
