Novistra worked with Meghe to define the right international partner and partnership model, then developed a framework designed around alignment of vision, brand integrity, and durable operation in the Indian market. Novistra led the commercial negotiation, coordinated legal counsel across both jurisdictions, and supported the parties through the regulatory and structuring considerations involved in establishing an internationally branded school group in India. The process culminated in a definitive collaboration agreement with Bromsgrove School.

The partnership will establish Megrove Global Schools, a new co-branded international school group in India. The first schools are expected to launch in Pune and Mumbai, combining Bromsgrove’s 470-year heritage of academic excellence with Meghe Group’s established education platform, local experience, and operational depth in Maharashtra.
