Approach
PNE engaged Novistra Capital to advise on a majority sale that would unlock growth opportunities and strategic alignment with a larger platform. Novistra ran a tightly managed process, focusing on global acquirers with a proven track record in high-quality B2B event assets.
Through disciplined execution and hands-on involvement at every stage, Novistra positioned PNE as a premium asset in the events sector—emphasising its audience quality, recurring revenue model, and strong brand in high-barrier verticals.
Outcome
PNE sold a majority stake to CloserStill Media (CSM), a leading global events organiser backed by Providence Equity Partners. The acquisition strengthens CSM’s footprint across verticals and geographies and creates a strong runway for PNE’s continued expansion.
This transaction adds to Novistra’s growing portfolio of deals in the media and events sector, reinforcing its position as a trusted advisor in high-growth, content-led platforms.
