NetServ engaged Novistra Capital to act as exclusive sell side advisor on its acquisition by Accion Labs, a portfolio company of TA associates and global digital innovation leader.
Outcome
NetServ’s 110+ professionals in Bangalore will complement Accion’s team of over 4,200 engineers, deepening the firm’s global delivery operations. The acquisition expands Accion’s presence in Bangalore, Denver, and Atlanta, and strengthens its leadership in innovation engineering. NetServ will continue to operate as an independent unit within Accion Labs, adding domain expertise across insurance, hi-tech, healthcare, and life sciences.
