InsideOut Solutions, based in St. Petersburg, Florida, is a specialist inside sales optimization firm delivering inbound and outbound sales outsourcing services to global partners. Since its founding in 2015, InsideOut has supported major enterprise clients including Google, IBM, T-Mobile, and Honeywell—offering experimentation-led sales strategies and go-to-market execution.
Approach
InsideOut engaged Novistra Capital to explore strategic options that would accelerate scale, deepen service capabilities, and unlock new growth channels. Novistra led a targeted process focused on strategic acquirers in the customer experience and sales enablement ecosystem.
Drawing on deep expertise in BPO and demand generation, Novistra positioned InsideOut as a differentiated partner to leading brands—emphasising its elite client base, experimentation-first model, and scalable sales delivery infrastructure.
Outcome
InsideOut was acquired by Harte Hanks, expanding the latter’s sales enablement capabilities and adding a seventh U.S. delivery location. The transaction brings 136 InsideOut employees into Harte Hanks’ global team and enables both companies to offer a broader, integrated CX and sales solution to enterprise clients.
The deal reinforces Novistra’s growing track record in outsourcing, sales enablement, and CX strategy—and highlights continued investor appetite for high-performance, tech-enabled delivery platforms.
