Innovative Vision appointed Novistra Capital to explore strategic growth opportunities through a sale. Novistra structured and managed a competitive process to identify the right strategic partner—one that shared IV’s people-first culture, delivery rigor, and long-term client orientation.

With deep experience in BPO and CX services, Novistra worked closely with founder Sajan Choksi and the IV team to manage all facets of the transaction, from positioning and buyer engagement through to final execution.

Innovative Vision was acquired by Support Services Group, creating a culturally aligned partnership and expanding SSG’s delivery footprint into Canada and the Caribbean. The acquisition strengthens both firms’ ability to deliver high-quality, multilingual customer experience solutions to global clients.
