Dreamcloud is an award-winning low-code consulting firm based in Singapore and one of the region’s top OutSystems partners. The company has delivered over 200 web and mobile applications across both enterprise and government clients, helping to drive digital transformation through agile, low-code development.
Temus, a leading digital transformation firm, is majority-owned by Temasek in partnership with UST. The firm offers end-to-end technology and innovation solutions to public and private sector clients across Asia.
Approach
