Outcome
DarwinLabs was acquired by BP3, a leading business process automation solutions provider backed by Horizon Capital. The transaction brings together two highly complementary businesses with shared values and a focus on delivering next-generation enterprise automation.
This marks Novistra’s fifth transaction in the low-code space, reinforcing its deep domain knowledge and global network within the digital transformation ecosystem.
