Rapid Care Group is a Chennai-based healthcare support services provider with a focus on medical billing, coding, transcription, and medical document review. The company serves U.S.-based physician groups and maintains three sales offices in the U.S. alongside its India-based delivery operations.

ACN Healthcare engaged Novistra Capital to advise on a strategic combination with a complementary player to enhance scale, service breadth, and market access. Novistra identified Rapid Care’s RCM division as a strong operational and cultural fit, and structured a transaction that would consolidate delivery capabilities while creating a more comprehensive offering for U.S. healthcare providers.

With deep experience in healthcare outsourcing and RCM services, Novistra led the deal from diligence through to execution, aligning shareholder priorities and creating a platform for post-merger integration.

ACN Healthcare merged with Rapid Care’s revenue cycle management business, creating a combined platform with enhanced delivery capabilities, multi-city infrastructure, and expanded client reach in both the U.S. and India. The transaction strengthens the group’s competitive position in a rapidly consolidating healthcare BPO sector.

This deal reflects Novistra’s long-standing focus on healthcare services, BPO, and cross-border platform integration across the U.S.–India corridor.
