Saurabh Shirke is a Senior Associate at Novistra, with over 12 years of cumulative experience in M&A advisory, financial management, and valuation. Before joining Novistra, Saurabh worked with Acamar Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm focused on technology and IT services, where he executed multiple cross-border Sell-side and Buy-sideM&A transactions for IT services and SaaS companies. He has also worked with organizations such as Hettich, Novartis, and Sandoz. Saurabh has successfully executed transactions across Salesforce, ServiceNow, cybersecurity, SaaS, and digital engineering sectors, working closely with founders and global strategic acquirers. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mumbai.
