Pankaj is a Managing Director at Novistra Capital, where he leads the firm’s Tech & Services practice. With over 20 years of experience in M&A advisory, private equity, and investment banking, he also advises on transactions across the Media & Exhibitions and Healthcare sectors, with a focus on India, the United States, and Europe. Before joining Novistra, Pankaj was part of US$500 million family office, Shiv Nadar and Sanjay Kalra Associates, focused on investments in the US Healthcare Technology sector. Before this, he led growth and buyout initiatives for companies including Tech Mahindra, Dassault Systèmes, and Infosys. Pankaj holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology from Delhi College of Engineering.
