About Kunal
Kunal is an Associate Vice President at Novistra Capital with nearly a decade of experience in M&A and private equity. He supports cross-border transactions across the Tech & Services, Education, and Media & Events sectors, advising founder-owned and PE porfolio businesses on strategic growth and capital formation. Prior to joining Novistra, Kunal worked at EPIC Investment Partners, a London-based mid-market private equity fund, where he focused on investments across Europe and Asia. Earlier in his career, he held roles at BNY Mellon and Accenture, gaining a strong foundation in financial services and business operations. Kunal holds a Master’s in Finance from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor of Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He has also completed all three levels of CFA.
