About Ekanto

Ekanto Ghosh is the Chief of Staff at Novistra Capital, with over a decade of experience in strategy and operations leadership driving institutional growth, innovation, and partnerships across higher education, technology, and entrepreneurship ecosystems. At Ashoka University and ISB, he scaled entrepreneurship programs engaging multiple cohorts of students and ventures annually, while forging partnerships with global organizations such as UNDP, Google, AWS, InfoEdge, and TiE. His expertise spans cross-functional leadership, startup incubation, and digital transformation, with a proven track record of advising founders, building innovation ecosystems, and aligning leadership priorities with execution. Ekanto holds a Masters in Technology Management from the Defence Institute of Advanced Technology, and a Computer Science and Engineering undergraduate degree from the Visvesvaraya Technological University.
