About Arshdeep

Arshdeep is a Vice President at Novistra Capital with over a decade of years of experience in investment banking, M&A, corporate development, and strategy consulting. He leads cross-border transactions for clients in the Tech & Services, Education and Media & Events sectors. Prior to Novistra, he led buy-side M&A at GlowTouch Technologies (now UnifyCX), and IGT Solutions and previously worked at Avendus Capital, Accenture, and Texas Instruments. Arshdeep received an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi and holds a Bachelors of Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
