About Anuj

Anuj Jaisinghani is an Associate Director at Novistra Capital, with over a decade of experience in investment banking and consulting across India and North America. He advises founders, corporates, and private equity-backed businesses on cross-border M&A, capital raising, and strategic growth. Since joining Novistra in 2016, Anuj has played a key role in building the firm’s mid-market advisory practice, supporting clients across sectors including technology, business services, education, and consumer. His transaction experience spans sell-side and buy-side mandates, capital structuring, and strategic advisory engagements for high-growth and founder-led companies. Prior to Novistra, Anuj worked with KPMG in the Deal Advisory practice, where he focused on M&A and valuation assignments, and held earlier roles in business consulting and corporate banking at Wodehouse Capital Advisors and Yes Bank. Anuj holds an Masters in Finance from Bayes Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from Cardiff University.
