About Ania

Ania is a Managing Director at Novistra Capital, where she leads the firm’s Financial Institutions practice. A senior investment banker with over 20 years of experience, she advises global banks, insurers, and FinTech companies on M&A, capital raising, and strategic growth. Over the course of her career, Ania has executed transactions exceeding US$50 billion across Europe, North America, and emerging markets. Before joining Novistra, she spent nearly 15 years at Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, and Citi in London and New York, developing deep expertise in complex cross-border transactions and board-level advisory. Most recently, she was a Partner at Odhin, a London-based advisory boutique focused on high-impact mandates for financial institutions navigating growth, transformation, and capital optimization. Ania holds an MBA from London Business School and a Master’s in Finance from the University of Gdańsk.
