Novistra Capital advises Sancta Maria International School on joining the International Schools Partnership

Novistra Capital, a New York based boutique M&A advisory, announced that Sancta Maria International School (“SMIS”), an India-based international school, has received majority investment into its services company from International Schools Partnership (ISP).

Headquartered in Hyderabad, India, Sancta Maria International School, part of the St. Mary’s Group, is one of the most prestigious and well-regarded international schools in India. Established in 2011 the school offers Cambridge curriculum to children aged 4-18.    

International Schools Partnership (ISP) with its Headquarters in London, U.K. is one of the largest school groups globally with 50 schools in 13 countries educating more than 45K students.

The investment into the services company of Sancta Maria International marks ISP’s entry into India.
