IV is a Toronto based tech enabled contact center that offers omni channel and multilingual voice and digital support to customers in the North American market. The company employs 900 agents at its delivery locations in Jamaica and Canada.
SSG is a US headquartered high-touch contact center that offers omni-channel customer care, technical support, sales support to customers worldwide. The company has 25 centers across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
