Novistra Capital today announced the appointment of Ania Wisniewska as Managing Director to lead the firm’s newly established Financial Institutions practice, marking a significant milestone in the firm’s continued expansion across its global advisory platform.

A senior investment banker with more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Wisniewska has advised global banks, insurers, financial technology companies, and specialty finance platforms on M&A, capital raising, and strategic growth initiatives. She has executed transactions exceeding US$10 billion across Europe, North America, and key emerging markets.

Her appointment strengthens Novistra’s sector coverage and the new practice will support clients across Banking, Insurance, FinTech, Digital Assets, Wealth Management, and Asset Management.

Ania joins Novistra following senior roles at Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, and Citi in London and New York. She most recently served as a Partner at Odhin, a London-based advisory boutique focused on high-impact mandates for financial institutions navigating growth, transformation, and capital optimization. Her experience in complex, cross-border transactions and board-level advisory positions her to lead the development of Novistra’s presence within the sector.
