Novistra advises Reed Exhibition, a division of RELX Group, on its acquisition of India Big7

Novistra Capital, a New York based boutique M&A advisory, is pleased to announce that Reed Exhibitions, a division of RELX Group, has completed the acquisition of India Big7.
Reed Exhibition, a division of RELX Group, organizes more than 500 events across 30 countries and is a global leader in the business of face to face events. This acquisition will further strengthen the Company’s existing portfolio in Germany, Japan, Australia and China.
Launched in 2013, and organized by Introduction Trade Shows Pvt. Ltd., India Big7 is India’s largest trade event for gifts, stationary, writing instruments, office supplies, gadgets, houseware and home decor. The show is an annual event that takes place in Mumbai and is expected to benefit from Reed’s operational expertise and investment in technology.
